The North American part of ECS' sixth season has concluded, with NRG, MIBR, Renegades and Liquid securing spots at the LAN finals later this month.
MIBR became the final North American squad to book their place in the ECS Season 6 Finals set to take place in Arlington, Texas on November 22-25, after taking down Rogue 16-2 on Inferno last night.
The Brazilian/American team joins NRG, Renegades and Nick "nitr0" Cannella's Liquid as qualified teams alongside the four best sides in the European edition of the online tournament in the fight to become ECS Champions, a title currently held by the world's current #1, Astralis.

Renegades qualified on the back of a sprint in the last part of the online league, as the Aaron "AZR" Ward-lead team won nine out of their final ten maps to reach 39 points and place second after NRG on the back of head-to-head results only.
Vincent "Brehze" Cayonte, who has recently been on quite the run with Exceptionally Valuable Player (EVPs) nods at ESL One New York and StarSeries i-League Season 6 and the MVP medal at cs_summit 3, also topped the charts in the online part of ECS Season 6, as he managed a 1.36 rating throughout NRG's 18 matches. The 20-year-old is joined by two other NRG members among the top-rated players in the tournament, as Tsvetelin "CeRq" Dimitrov and Ethan "Ethan" Arnold reached 1.20 and 1.18, respectively.
At the bottom of the table, Luminosity, who are currently playing IEM Chicago, and Spacestation, who originally qualified as AZIO, have nine points each, which means the sides will play relegation matches in the Challenger Cup for ECS Season 7.

In the European part of ECS Season 6, current champions Astralis and their Danish rivals in North have already qualified for the finals, with FaZe and MOUZ currently in third and fourth place and Ninjas in Pyjamas just outside of qualifying range in fifth. Twelve maps have yet to be played in the European group stage, with LDLC, who are currently in the quarter-finals at IEM Chicago, missing a total of eight maps.
